Same Treatment Timing Guide
| Treatment | Minimum Time Before Repeating | Why This Wait Is Needed |
|---|---|---|
| Facial (Standard) | 4 weeks | Aligns with the ~28‑day skin cell turnover cycle; prevents over‑exfoliation and supports barrier recovery. |
| Facial (Acne / LED) | 2 weeks | Supports inflammation control and allows the skin to respond to LED stimulation without irritation. |
| Chemical Peel | 4 weeks | Skin needs time to shed, rebuild, and restore barrier integrity after controlled exfoliation. |
| Microneedling | 4–6 weeks | Collagen remodeling requires several weeks; treating too soon disrupts healing and may thin the skin. |
| IPL Skin Rejuvenation | 4 weeks | Allows collagen stimulation, pigment fragmentation, and inflammation to settle before the next session. |
| Pigmentation Treatment (IPL) | 4 weeks | Pigment must rise and clear naturally; re‑treating too soon overstimulates melanocytes. |
| Vascular Treatment | 4–6 weeks | Treated vessels need time to collapse and be reabsorbed by the immune system. |
| Laser Hair Removal — Face | 4–6 weeks | Targets hairs in the anagen (active growth) phase; waiting allows the next group of follicles to enter this phase. |
| Laser Hair Removal — Body | 6–8 weeks | Body hair cycles are slower; waiting ensures the next batch of follicles reaches the treatable phase. |
Important Scheduling Considerations
Cumulative Effects: Most of these treatments (especially IPL, Microneedling and Laser Hair Removal) require a series of 3–6 sessions to achieve full results.
Healing Variables: If you experience lingering redness, flaking or sensitivity, it is safer to extend the wait time by an extra week.
Sun Exposure: Many of these treatments (Laser, IPL, and Microneedling) make your skin highly photosensitive. It is recommended to avoid direct sun for at least 2 weeks before and after a session.
